个人简介

张崇敬,1983年生,籍贯山东临朐,药物化学家,药物研究所研究员,博士生导师。2001年考入山东大学药学专业,2005年获得学士学位。2005-2008年在老虎机游戏药物所药物化学专业攻读硕士学位,从事合成药物化学研究。2009-2013年在新加坡国立大学化学专业攻读博士学位,从事药物化学生物学研究。2013年进入新加坡国立大学化学与生物工程系进行博士后研究工作,主要研究小分子荧光探针的开发。2017年升为研究员。


主要研究方向

化学生物学和创新药物发现:利用化学蛋白质组学技术,阐明活性分子的蛋白靶标和作用机制,开展机制指导的先导化合物发现;设计、合成小分子荧光探针,用于先导化合物的发现。
