个人简介

黄粤,1973年生,分子遗传学与干细胞生物学家,基础医学研究所研究员,博士生导师。1994年在吉林大学获分子生物学学士学位;1997年在中山大学获分子遗传学硕士学位; 2000年在中国协和医科大学获生化与分子生物学博士学位。留校在生化系工作,任助理研究员,主要从事成簇基因表达调控机制研究。2004年赴英国剑桥Sanger研究所进行博士后研究,主要从事基因纯合突变体文库构建和功能遗传筛选。2009年回国在医学遗传学系工作至今,2010年升为研究员。


主要研究方向

利用多能干细胞和动物模型研究干细胞分化、个体发育和肿瘤形成过程中的内在分子机制,同时开展遗传病基因治疗的研究。近期在基于单倍体干细胞的功能遗传筛选、异倍体促进肿瘤发生发展及转移,等方面取得重要进展。
