个人简介

孙永汇,1989年生,籍贯山东青岛,药物化学家,中国医学科学院药物研究所研究员,博士生导师。2008年考入山东大学药学专业,2012年获得学士学位。2012年在清华大学生物学专业攻读博士学位,从事小分子诱导靶向临床难治/耐药蛋白降解(PROTAC)研究。2019年在哈佛大学医学院做交流访问学者,从事新型蛋白降解机制探索研究。2020年进入清华大学进行博士后研究工作,主要研究新型PROTAC/分子胶双机制蛋白降解剂。2020年升为助理研究员。


主要研究方向

以克服人类严重疾病为导向,针对临床难治/复发型肿瘤,开发新型小分子诱导不可成药/耐药靶点的选择性降解。基于计算机辅助等技术,开发不可成药靶点的新型抑制剂、新型合成手段及新型生物学化学技术。
