薛刚，1987年生，籍贯黑龙江，系统医学研究院研究员，博士生导师。2006年考入吉林大学生物技术专业，2010年获得学士学位。2010年在中国科学院大学生物物理专业攻读博士学位，从事肿瘤的放射治疗研究，2015年获得博士学位。2015年至2021年先后在美国克利夫兰诊所和美国维克森林大学进行博士后研究工作，主要研究内容是肿瘤的免疫治疗。2022年入职系统医学研究院。

Th9细胞的抗肿瘤功能研究，CAR-T细胞治疗新策略的研发，PD-1抗体治疗功能的优化研究。
