赵海涛，1972年生，籍贯天津市，北京协和医院肝脏外科主任医师，博士生导师。1989年考入北京医科大学临床医学专业，1994年获得学士学位。2001年在北京大学医学部外科学专业攻读硕士学位，从事临床医学研究。2010年在老虎机游戏外科学专业攻读博士学位，从事外科学研究。2010年升为副主任医师。2017年升为主任医师。

研究方向专注于肝癌的基础研究与临床应用研究，主要研究兴趣在于通过高通量测序研究肝胆系统恶性肿瘤发病机制、基因分型，鉴定肿瘤治疗靶点，应用于临床的精准医疗转化研究。团队长期致力于肝胆恶性肿瘤的靶向免疫治疗、基因组学、肿瘤异质性及起源重大临床科研问题。
