殷涛，1964年出生，籍贯山东德州，生物医学工程所研究员，博士生导师。1980年考入山东大学物理系磁学专业，1984年获得学士学位。1992年在中国协和医科大学生物医学工程专业攻读硕士学位，硕士研究方向为智能化中医治疗仪器研究。1991年晋升助理研究员，1997年晋升副研究员，2005年晋升研究员。2002年-2005年，任医学物理与医学测量实验室主任，2005年-2010年，任生物医学工程所副所长，2022年担任生物医学工程所神经调控与医学成像研究中心主任。
